Client: CEO of a National Organization

Challenge: The organization's five flagship events, accounting for a third of total revenue, had become stagnant, with departments operating in silos and lacking innovation.

Solution: Led a cross-functional strategy team to foster collaboration among departments and volunteers. Introduced planning practices like RACI frameworks and project management tools, revamped budgeting processes, and implemented data-driven approaches to event planning and marketing.

Outcome: Transformed the events' operational effectiveness and organizational culture, fostering trust, innovation, and cross-team ownership, setting the stage for sustainable growth.

Business Audit & Strategic Reset for  Subsidiary

Client: Chief Product and Growth Officer of an Association

Challenge: The association's credentialing subsidiary was underperforming, with leadership turnover and unclear strategic direction.

Solution: Conducted a comprehensive audit covering governance, staffing, vendor relationships, credential quality, marketing, finances, IT systems, and membership operations. Identified critical gaps and provided benchmarks and strategic recommendations.

Outcome: Equipped the CPGO and new Director with a clear roadmap to stabilize operations, prioritize initiatives, and realign the subsidiary for growth.
